About US

Our mission is to  provide affordable apartments for the residents of Kenosha. All of our properties have local management available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also have on call maintenance everyday. We value our tenants and want them to feel safe and comfortable when they are in their apartments. All of our apartments have security door 24/7.  Each apartment has its own intercom so you know when you have a visitor at the door front door. Security for our tenants is our #1 priority.
